Frontline Resources LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Returns Processing & Quality Control Associate to join our warehouse operations team. This role handles receiving, inspecting, and processing returned apparel while ensuring products meet our quality standards.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintain accurate inventory, and collaborate with warehouse staff to resolve issues. The position requires reliability, basic computer skills, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, returns processing, retail, or quality control preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process returned merchandise promptly.
• Perform visual inspections to assess quality and condition.
• Identify defects such as stains, tears, missing tags, or wear.
• Determine restock, repair, discount, or disposal per guidelines.
• Update inventory and return status in the warehouse system.
• Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and other departments.
