Job summary

Living Spaces Furniture is seeking a Returns Processor to support the Returns Team with timely processing of product returns, validation against driver manifests, and optimization of warehouse workflows. The role requires 1–2 years warehouse experience, a high school diploma, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and comfort with RF equipment; occasional weekend availability.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office; design software knowledge is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Validate inventory against driver returns manifest and tag items.
• Assist stores, customer service, and DRT team with questions.
• Research inventory discrepancies through returns.
• Label and rewrap items and push to end caps.
• Send emails regarding missing items, damaged items, driver claims, or items not on route.
• Operate RF equipment and follow OSHA standards.
• Ensure correct loading/shipping and maintain a clean warehouse floor.
• Meet company standards for productivity; flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
