Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years in the insurance industry.
• At least 3 years in online risk management systems.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates return-to-work and minimizes claim costs.
• Manages workers’ compensation claims from initiation to closure with stakeholders.
• Keeps organizational consistency in workers’ compensation practices and provides guidance on policies.
• Monitors costs and develops strategies for post-claims management and expense control.
• Assesses customer service aspects and strives to improve communication and satisfaction.
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
