Job summary

Fives Intralogistics Corp. is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead retrofit and services projects from sales handover through closeout.

You will manage large, multi-site initiatives, coordinate between Sales, Engineering, Controls, Procurement and Field Service, and ensure on-time delivery within budget while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes schedule discipline, financial visibility, risk management, and clear communication across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 4-7 years of project management experience overseeing budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing large retrofit/multi-site projects; familiar with material handling systems or automation.
• Knowledge of PMI/PMBOK, CPM, Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, Waterfall, or Lean methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Services projects from initiation to closeout, owning schedule, budget, risk, and documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and subcontractors across multiple sites.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and communicate project health to stakeholders.
• Manage change orders, contractual deliverables, and financial closeout.
• Provide regular status updates and risk mitigation plans.
