PRI Technology seeks a highly driven Engineering Manager to lead engineering and reliability initiatives across a multi-site manufacturing network. You will guide capital projects, standardize practices, and drive maintenance excellence to improve uptime, safety, and cost efficiency.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on engineering, requiring collaboration with Operations, Finance, and Quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, manufacturing, industrial or related).
• 5–10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing engineering and maintenance.
• Multi-site leadership experience with regular travel (10–15%).
• Strong Lean Manufacturing and TPM background.
• Experience managing capital projects and budgets.
• Food or CPG experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.
• Proficient Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a company-wide engineering and asset reliability strategy aligned to KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost).
• Standardize maintenance and engineering practices across all sites.
• Drive improvements in uptime, throughput, and equipment lifecycle performance.
• Own and improve PM, PdM, and RCM programs.
• Lead planning, prioritization, and execution of capital projects across the network.
• Partner with Operations and Finance to align with growth, cost, and efficiency objectives.
• Establish disciplined project management processes (scope, budget, timeline, ROI tracking).
• Ensure successful commissioning, startup, and performance validation of new equipment and facilities.
• Provide leadership to plant-level Maintenance Managers and teams.
• Standardize maintenance KPIs (PM completion, downtime, MTBF, MTTR, work orders).
• Improve maintenance planning, scheduling, and spare parts management.
• Ensure effective utilization of CMMS systems and data-driven decision-making.
• Support Lean TPM initiatives across operations.
• Lead RCA efforts on major equipment failures and chronic downtime.
• Drive efficiency, waste reduction and labor productivity improvements.
• Support kaizen events and process optimization activities.
