Job summary

Comfort Systems USA Southwest seeks a Retrofit Lead to oversee all project phases, ensuring efficient, timely, and cost-effective completion while upholding customer satisfaction. The role represents the company in client relations and internal coordination for Retrofit projects.

The candidate will supervise on-site personnel, ensure safety practices, read blueprints, start up and commission equipment, and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in line with code requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes each new project with regard to meeting goals and deadlines.
• Ensures cost-effective use of time, materials, and manpower.
• Anticipates problems that may prohibit on-time completion.
• Reads wiring diagrams and installation instructions; startups and commissioning.
• Supervises Comfort Systems USA Southwest personnel on Retrofit projects and trains staff.
• Ensures installations meet city, state, and local code requirements.
• Acts as liaison between Comfort Systems USA Southwest and client representatives.
