Search Leaders seeks a Senior Field Operations Leader to direct shop and multi-site field activities from fabrication through installation, commissioning, and maintenance. You will ensure safety, schedule discipline, and financial control on complex projects in diverse environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field construction experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, coach, and direct teams on complex projects.
• Strong communication across management, employees, vendors, contractors, and customers.
• Working knowledge of design, modeling, scheduling, budgeting, and ERP software (Excel, eDrawings).
• Willingness to travel up to 90% including extended assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead fabrication, assembly, delivery, installation, commissioning, and maintenance across shop and field sites.
• Develop staffing plans, schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Supervise and develop teams including subcontractors and labor.
• Coordinate relationships with contractors, unions, vendors, customers, and leadership.
• Manage shop, warehouse, and field offices with weekly schedules and daily operations.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with drawings and specs.
• Communicate project status, field conditions, and costs to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, and cost control.
• Travel extensively to project sites up to 90%.
