Human Interest is seeking a Retirement Sales Activation Manager to lead a fast-growing team responsible for conversion velocity and high-volume plan launches.

You will drive performance, optimize processes, and collaborate with Sales, Program Management, and Customer Success to hit ambitious monthly quotas while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Join a mission-driven fintech shaping retirement for small and medium businesses.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years total professional experience with 2+ years in a people leadership role in SaaS or retirement/financial services.
• Proven track record in quota-carrying, target-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of 401(k) plan design.
• Highly data-driven with pipeline management, forecasting, and performance coaching.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales activation specialists to exceed monthly quotas.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive a high volume of plan launches each month.
• Own team performance by inspecting conversion pipelines and managing pre-launch churn.
• Monitor and optimize conversion workflows to increase velocity and reduce bottlenecks.
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve escalations and improve the conversion experience.
• Identify performance gaps and implement coaching and process improvements.
• Forecast conversion targets and contribute to capacity planning.
• Foster accountability and a collaborative, energetic team environment.
