Job summary

Human Interest is a high-growth fintech company making retirement benefits accessible to small and medium-sized businesses across the US. As part of the onboarding team, you will support the setup and launch of new clients' 401(k) plans, keeping activation on track and delivering a great customer experience.

You will work with a variety of companies, hit monthly targets, and partner with sales and account management to resolve escalations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer implementation or sales experience in a SaaS environment or retirement industry
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to identify their needs and help establish 401(k) plans
• Educate and inform customers about plan options to help employees save for retirement
• Meet monthly activation targets by managing client pipelines and timelines
• Follow onboarding workflows to increase velocity and remove bottlenecks
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and improve activation experience
• Work with sales and account management to meet customer needs
• Drive processes forward by coordinating internal and external stakeholders to keep customers engaged on track
• Identify potential areas for process improvement to help the team scale
