Job summary

Human Interest is seeking a Senior Manager of Client Relationship Management to lead a team of managers of Client Relationship Managers and drive client success across our retirement platform.

You will coach, develop, and execute account management strategies, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Product, and Operations to maximize retention and expansion while ensuring exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of account management, 401(k) relationship management, customer success, or client-facing roles.
• 5+ years of people management experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Strong proficiency with CRM tools and analytics to drive retention and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of managers, providing coaching and performance management.
• Execute account management strategies to drive retention and expansion.
• Monitor KPIs including retention, expansion revenue, and client satisfaction.
