Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Retirement Services Specialist – Processing to manage the accurate and timely processing of payroll contribution submissions and participant transaction requests within 401(k) retirement plans. You will work with internal teams, recordkeepers, and clients to resolve discrepancies and maintain data integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; preferred experience in customer service.
• Minimum 2 years of client-facing customer service experience.
• Payroll or 401(k) administration experience preferred.
• AspPA or NIPA credentials are preferred or willing to earn within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Respond to participant inquiries via phone and email.
• Research and resolve escalated calls from the call center.
• Track and process payroll contribution submissions for 401(k) plans.
• Review and process participant transactions according to plan rules and procedures.
• Verify identity for participant transactions to ensure compliance and prevent fraud.
• Maintain records of transactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with internal teams, recordkeepers, and advisors to ensure accurate processing.
• Support audit and compliance with documentation and transaction history as needed.
