Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Retirement Plan Sales Representative to grow the client base in Columbus, OH. You will present retirement plan solutions to decision makers and end users, aligning with our go-to-market strategy to increase revenue and market share.

You will schedule meetings with financial advisors and referrals, qualify needs, and leverage Salesforce to document interactions and outcomes, helping ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required.
• Less than 1 year of Paychex experience and successful completion of required training programs.
• 2 years of experience in Relevant sales/sales management.

Responsibilities

• Presents retirement plan and flexible spending accounts products to final decision makers and end users to close new sales.
• Schedules appointments with potential and current referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospects using phone, mail, seminars, and local marketing programs for new clients and referrals.
• Analyzes prospects’ needs and determines appropriate products.
• Addresses client problems or complaints to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Enters prospects, sales and client notes into Salesforce.com for seamless selling and service.
