Job summary

Paychex is hiring a Retirement Plan Sales Representative in Kentucky to grow the client base and increase profitability within the Human Resource Services organization. You will present retirement and FSA products to key stakeholders and secure referrals through advisory channels.

The role involves travel as needed, scheduling meetings with financial advisors, and maintaining accurate Salesforce records while delivering excellent client service.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• Less than 1 year of Paychex experience and successful completion of required training programs/certification.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.

Responsibilities

• Presents retirement plan and flexible spending products to final decision makers to close new sales.
• Schedules appointments with potential and current referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospects via telephone, direct mail, seminars, and client visits to gain new clients.
• Analyzes needs to determine appropriate products and routes to the right party.
• Expedites resolution of client problems to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Completes new business paperwork and logs notes in Salesforce.com for seamless service.
• Projects a positive image to uphold Paychex's reputation with clients and community.
• Develops technical and sales skills to improve lead generation and closing; completes SAFE exams.
• May travel outside of territory for conferences, trainings, or national meetings.
