Job summary

Paychex is hiring a Senior Retirement Plan Sales role in the United States. You will present retirement plan and FSA products to final decision makers, schedule appointments with referral sources, and develop new clients to increase profits within the Human Resource Services area.

The role involves traveling as needed, meeting sales targets, and leveraging Paychex Go-to-Market strategies to grow market share while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required.
• Less than 1 year of Paychex experience and completion of required training programs and/or certification by senior sales management.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.

Responsibilities

• Presents retirement plan and flexible spending account products to decision makers and end users to close new sales.
• Schedules appointments with potential and current referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospects via telephone, mail, seminars and other programs to gain new clients.
• Analyzes prospects’ needs and directs to appropriate Paychex resources.
• Ensures client satisfaction and retention by resolving issues promptly.
• Enters prospects, sales and client notes into Salesforce.com for seamless service.
