Qualifications

• HS Diploma - Required.
• Less than 1 year of Paychex experience and completed training/certification.
• 2 years of relevant sales/sales management experience.

Responsibilities

• Present retirement plan and FSA products to decision-makers to close new sales.
• Schedule appointments with potential and current referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospect using phone, direct mail, seminars, and other programs.
• Analyze needs and determine appropriate products; refer to proper party as needed.
• Expedite resolution of client problems to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Submit accurate new business paperwork and enter notes into Salesforce.com.
