Job summary

Corebridge Financial in Eugene, OR is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with plan sponsors and employees eligible for the retirement plan. The role includes conducting enrollment meetings, financial education sessions, and participation campaigns. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets.
• Presentations include enrollment meetings, age-based financial education meetings, and specialized meetings as requested.
• Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process.
• Assist Relationship Manager with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants to educate employees regarding plan participation.
• Travel dependent on your territory may be required for new plan enrollments.
