The position involves presentations, participation in wellness and onboarding events, and collaboration with relationship teams on education campaigns to boost participation and deferral rates. Travel is up to 25%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to explain plan features and grow plan assets.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Assist with annual plan reviews and financial education planning.
• Meet with participants to educate on plan participation and deferral options.
