Job summary

ADP is hiring a Client Service Manager I to develop and maintain relationships with ADP clients for retirement plan services. The role is hybrid, with in-office work 3 days and remote 2 days per week.

You will be the primary contact for retirement plans, handling day-to-day record keeping, service delivery, and client education. You will also assist in plan design discussions, issue resolution, and annual reviews where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively discuss and support products and plan design with plan sponsors; assist clients with plan changes and ensure project plans are followed through to completion.
• Alerts management and other parties of critical client issues where appropriate.
• Maintain a basic understanding of retirement plan investments and serve as liaison for client questions.
• Develop and schedule client/participant Education Programs and workshops with the plan sponsor.
• Coordinate employee education workshops and distribute literature.
• Conduct and/or support Annual Plan Reviews for plans with assets >$10m.
• Assist Sales in pre-sales meetings in person or via conference call.
• Communicate and support compliance testing results and recommendations to improve results.
• Monitor plan documents for adherence to rules and regulations.
• Assist clients with year-end requirements such as minimum distributions and 5500 preparation.
• Monitor profitability and identify revenue opportunities.
