Job summary

ADP is hiring a Client Service Manager I. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration three days a week with two days of remote work, focusing on developing and maintaining relationships with ADP clients for retirement plan services.

The position emphasizes proactive client communication, plan education, and ensuring optimal service delivery, client satisfaction, and retention. Strong collaboration with sales, compliance, and plan sponsors is essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in a client service environment.
• ADP payroll/401(k) experience preferred.
• Strong oral/written communication and listening skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and proprietary tools.

Responsibilities

• Proactively discuss and/or support products and services with plan sponsors and assist clients with plan changes to ensure projects are completed.
• Alerts management and other parties of critical client issues where appropriate.
• Maintain understanding of investments in retirement plans and be a liaison for client questions.
• Educate clients through Education Program development and schedule workshops with sponsors.
• Support annual plan reviews for plans with assets above $10M and via conference calls for smaller plans.
• Assist Sales in pre-sales meetings as needed.
• Communicate and support compliance testing results and improvements.
• Monitor plan documents for adherence to rules and regulations.
