Job summary

ADP is hiring a Client Service Manager II. This hybrid role blends office time with remote work 3 days per week and 2 days from home, focusing on developing and maintaining effective relationships with ADP clients for retirement plan services.

You will serve as the primary contact for day-to-day record keeping, respond to client needs, and proactively discuss plan design and education opportunities with sponsors while maintaining strong client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of directly related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients regarding service delivery, providing assistance on day-to-day retirement plan administration, troubleshooting plan issues, and discussing legislative requirements.
• Ensuring delivery of optimal service, client satisfaction and client retention.
• Acting as the primary contact for retirement plans regarding day-to-day record-keeping matters and providing prompt customer service.
• Proactively communicating with the client to evaluate and ensure delivery of service and retention.
• Maintaining records of calls, emails, correspondence and client visits in the ADP CRM.
• Developing and maintaining product, industry and systems knowledge and skills.
• Discussing and/or supporting plan design with plan sponsors; assist with plan changes and project plans.
• Alerts management and other parties of critical client issues where appropriate.
• Understand investments in retirement plans and liaise for client questions.
• Education program development and scheduling workshops with the sponsor.
