Job summary

ADP is seeking a Client Service Manager I to cultivate strong relationships with retirement plan clients. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration three days a week with remote work two days.

You will manage day-to-day plan administration, assist with plan changes, and ensure timely, accurate recordkeeping and responsive customer service for diverse sponsors. You will also discuss plan design with sponsors, coordinate annual reviews for larger plans, and support compliance and education

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in education and experience.
• Up to 1 year of directly related experience.
• Experience in a client service environment preferred.
• Demonstrates strong oral/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively discuss and/or support products and services and plan design with plan sponsors.
• Assist clients with requests for plan changes and ensure project plans are followed to completion.
• Maintain records and provide prompt customer service.
• Communicate compliance testing results and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate and lead conference calls and client education sessions.
• Support annual plan reviews for plans with assets above $10M.
