Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience up to 1 year in a client service environment or related field.
• Experience with ADP payroll and 401(k) is preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with good listening abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for retirement plans and communicate service delivery to clients.
• Assist clients with plan changes and ensure project plans are followed to completion.
• Schedule participant education workshops and CGT training for plan sponsors.
• Communicate compliance testing results and recommend options to improve results.
• Assist clients with year-end requirements such as minimum distributions and 5500 preparation.
