Qualifications

• 5-8 years of directly related experience.
• Hybrid work model (Remote/Field) with frequent client visits.
• Residence in listed states with travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key ADP contact for the client's decision maker or senior executive.
• Liaise with ADP entities to ensure total client satisfaction post-sale.
• Lead quarterly account reviews and coordinate resolution of service issues.
