The Retirement Division of the Office of the Vermont State Treasurer is seeking an Administrative Services Manager II to lead the Front Office. You will supervise customer service for Vermont's State Employees', Teachers', and Municipal Employees' Retirement Systems, handling inquiries by phone, email, and in person, while guiding documentation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of professional administrative-level experience with accounting/budgeting and supervisory experience.
• Proven experience providing customer service to diverse populations with strong de-escalation and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, navigate multiple computer systems, research information, and document interactions accurately.
• Experience with health insurance plans/regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Front Office, ensuring high-quality customer service to members of Vermont's retirement systems.
