State Treasurer is seeking a Program Coordinator II (S) to support the Retirement Systems Division. The role focuses on quality control of retirement eligibility, benefit calculations, and correspondence regarding retirement options.

The position handles workflow pulls, data verification in OnBase and ORBIT, and communicates with employers to resolve reporting gaps. Hybrid telework options are available.

Competenze

• Knowledge of interpreting guidelines and advising on standard/non-standard processes.
• Ability to compose emails and ad hoc letters through ORBIT to obtain information on pay/service.
• Advanced proficiency in Word and Excel; ability to work with ORBIT and OnBase.

• Perform quality control to determine member retirement eligibility and calculate benefits.
• Process retirement applications and generate correspondence on retirement options.
• Verify data in systems (OnBase/ORBIT) and review employer information for gaps or errors.
