Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) is seeking a retirement benefits administrator to design, develop, and administer retirement programs across the network. The role maintains the retirement benefits module in the HR HCM system and analyzes plan provisions for all entities.

The successful candidate will collect data for Knowledge Base materials, update plan documentation for compliance, and ensure high colleague satisfaction through accurate benefits delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field is required.
• At least 2 years of HR experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Access is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains retirement benefits module in the HR HCM system.
• Analyzes retirement plan benefits for all network entities.
• Collects information for Knowledge Base material and updates plan documents.
• Recommends changes to plan documentation for compliance and clarity.
• Ensures colleague satisfaction with benefits delivery and accurate responses.
• Gathers data from benefit surveys and other sources to inform changes.
• Updates the retirement benefits module for programming or regulatory changes.
