Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a Senior Retirement Benefits Analyst to lead retirement program administration within the HCMS system. You will troubleshoot, collaborate with HRIS and IT, and develop efficient processes to ensure accurate and compliant retirement transactions.

The role emphasizes SME knowledge of retirement benefits, payroll data, and regulatory compliance, with remote work options within the Pennsylvania network and a focus on process improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years in Benefits Administration and HCMS administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with an Enterprise Human Capital Management System.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as SME in retirement area and HCMS systems for retirement benefits inquiries.
• Lead and educate retirement team on HCMS benefits module and processes.
• Create and review payroll and compliance files (bi-weekly, quarterly, annual).
• Collaborate with HRIS/IT to update benefits module for changes and regulatory mandates.
• Develop SOPs linking HCMS to retirement plans and ensure compliance.
