Belite Bio in the United States seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive launch readiness and sustained growth in the Kansas City region. You will educate retina specialists, ophthalmologists, and related staff on disease state and patient access, building trusted partnerships.

You will leverage market insights and collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs and field teams to execute focused strategies that accelerate uptake while ensuring compliance and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales.
• Ophthalmology/retina or rare/orphan disease experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 20–60% and reside in territory.

Responsibilities

• Translate national brand strategy into a territory plan and meet sales objectives.
• Drive product adoption through pre-call planning and education of eye-care professionals.
• Build disease state knowledge and product expertise to support clinical messaging.
• Develop relationships with retina specialists, ophthalmologists, optometrists, and allied staff.
• Manage territory budget, expenses, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and field teams to execute launch strategies.
• Represent Belite Bio at regional and national conferences and advocacy events.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, PhRMA Code, and company policies.
