Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review the progress of employees through feedback meetings with supervisors and identify training needs within the production department.
• Help line leaders and supervisors solve training problems, either one-on-one or in groups.
• Schedule job previews for hourly applicants; explain position facets to ensure understanding of physical requirements and environment during previews.
• Instruct employees about exercises to improve strength, endurance, and hardening in the first three days of employment.
• Promote employee recognition throughout the production department.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
