Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking a Training Coordinator to monitor probationary employees during the training process and conduct job previews for hourly applicants. The role supports identifying training needs through discussions with production leaders and helps ensure new hires understand job requirements.

The ideal candidate has strong English communication, some multilingual ability, and basic computer and math skills. High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Ability to communicate in English; multilingual ability preferred.
• Basic computer and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review probationary employee progress through feedback meetings with supervisors.
• Identify training and development needs within production based on discussions.
• Assist line leaders and supervisors to solve training problems, individually or in groups.
• Schedule job previews for hourly applicants and explain job facets and requirements.
• Instruct employees on exercises to improve strength and endurance during initial days.
• Promote employee recognition within the production department.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
