Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking a Training Support role in Decatur, Alabama. You will monitor probationary employees during training, conduct job previews for hourly applicants, and help identify training needs through discussions with production leaders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Ability to communicate and understand English; multilingual abilities preferred.
• Basic computer and math skills required or beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review probationary employees' progress through training reviews and meetings.
• Assist line leaders and supervisors in solving training problems, individually or in groups.
• Coordinate job previews for hourly applicants with HR to explain position requirements.
• Instruct employees on exercises to improve strength, endurance, and the initial hardening process.
• Promote employee recognition within the production department.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
