Responsibilities

• Monitor and review the progress of probationary employees through feedback meetings with supervisors.
• Identify training/development needs within the production department.
• Assist line leaders and supervisors in solving training problems.
• Coordinate job previews for hourly applicants with HR or Recruiter; explain all facets of the position and requirements.
• Instruct employees about exercises to improve strength, endurance, and the hardening process in the first days of employment.
• Promote employee recognition across the production department.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
