Job summary

Sanderson Farms is seeking a Training & Development Coordinator to monitor and review probationary employees during training. You will conduct job previews for hourly applicants and collaborate with leaders to identify training needs.

The role supports line leaders and HR in scheduling previews and explaining job requirements. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively in English (multilingual ability a plus), have basic computer and math skills, and be able to work in a production

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Ability to communicate in English; multilingual ability is a plus.
• Basic computer and math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review the progress of probationary employees during training.
• Conduct job previews for hourly applicants and explain job requirements.
• Identify training needs through discussions with leaders.
• Support line leaders and HR in coordinating previews and training.
• Instruct employees on exercises to build strength and endurance in early days.
• Promote employee recognition within the production department.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
