Job summary

Republic Services is seeking an Associate Account Manager in Texas to proactively maintain and expand relationships with existing commercial and industrial customers. You will conduct outbound and inbound calls to retain business and introduce the full suite of Republic Services solutions.

This role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to learn pricing structures, and experience with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of customer service experience.
• Waste or transportation industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively maintains and retains existing customers in assigned territory.
• Develops knowledge of services, pricing, and offers additional solutions.
• Performs contractual re-signs to extend relationships and profitability.
• Responds to cancellations per escalation policy.
• Communicates with customers on pricing initiatives and documents activities in Salesforce.
