Republic Services is seeking an Associate Account Manager to proactively maintain and grow relationships with existing commercial and industrial customers in an assigned territory. You will make outbound and handle inbound calls to retain business and expand the sale of Republic Services’ full product suite.

Responsibilities include daily customer outreach, knowledge of services and pricing, and executing re-signs and upsell opportunities.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of customer service experience.
• Waste or transportation industry experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Maintain and retain existing customers by proactively reaching out daily.
• Understand services, pricing, and offers to existing customers; pursue re-signs and upsell.Respond to cancellations per policy and support pricing initiatives.
• Document activities in Salesforce and capture customer emails; promote full product suite.
• Meet with Sales Manager to review retention progress and key relationships; perform other duties as assigned.
