Job summary

McAfee is seeking a hands-on analytics leader to head Retention Analytics, shaping subscriber journeys, lifecycle performance, and the effectiveness of retention marketing. You will partner with Engagement and Retention, Finance, Product, and the broader Analytics org to turn data into actionable recommendations that move the business.

This hybrid role is based in hub locations with onsite a few times monthly; remote work is possible when not onsite.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics, management consulting, finance or similar with people leadership.
• Strong analytical problem-solving with attention to detail and clear decision-making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to tell executive-ready stories.
• Proficient with SQL, Python, and MS Office; able to access data and deliver insights.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, cross-timezone, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Retention Analytics team; own insights to inform retention strategy.
• Prepare executive-ready materials on trends, pacing to plan, and initiatives.
• Build annual and quarterly plans with Engagement/Retention, Finance & Product.
• Own retention forecasting; communicate risks and opportunities.
• Measure impact of retention initiatives and A/B tests; optimize messaging.
• Modernize reporting; work with Data Eng to automate dashboards.
• Analyze subscriber behavior to uncover churn risks and engagement levers.
• Manage and coach a team of 2–4 analysts; set priorities and develop skills.
