You will partner with Engagement, Finance, Product, and the broader Analytics team to translate findings into leadership-ready recommendations and drive business impact. This hybrid role reports to the Senior Director of Engagement and Retention Analytics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytical roles with leadership experience.
• Strong problem-solving and detail-oriented analysis.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and business storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Retention Analytics team and deliver insights informing strategy.
• Prepare executive-ready materials and forecast plans.
• Own retention forecasting and monitor performance vs plan.
• Modernize dashboards with data engineering to reduce manual work.
• Analyze subscriber behavior to identify churn risks.
• Coach a team of 2-4 analysts.
