Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in analytics, business strategy, finance, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of progressive people leadership experience.
• Experience leading analytics functions that influence executive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision, operating model, and roadmap for Retention Analytics.
• Translate complex business challenges into actionable insights for executives.
• Drive retention plans and forecast performance with cross-functional teams.
• Own retention forecasting, performance management, and risk/opportunity identification.
• Lead analysis of retention, customer journeys, churn drivers, and loyalty trends.
• Establish measurement frameworks for initiatives, experiments, and A/B testing.
