Job summary

McAfee is seeking a hands-on analytics leader to own Retention Analytics, shaping subscriber journeys and lifecycle performance. You will partner with Engagement and Retention, Finance, and Product to turn insights into strategic decisions and quarterly plans.

This role reports to the Senior Director of Engagement and Retention Analytics and is hybrid, with onsite requirements at a hub location (Frisco, TX or other). You will lead 2–4 analysts and drive forecasting and dashboard modernization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics or related field with people leadership experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy in analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office; ability to present insights clearly.
• Fluency with SQL, Python and generative AI tools to access data and deliver analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead Retention Analytics team and deliver executive-ready insights.
• Partner with Engagement, Finance, and Product; build annual and quarterly plans.
• Own retention forecasting, monitor performance vs plan, and communicate risks.
• Measure impact of initiatives and A/B tests; optimize messaging based on results.
• Modernize data reporting; automate dashboards with Data Engineering.
• Analyze subscriber behavior to uncover churn risks and journey pain points.
• Identify high-value segments for targeting to drive loyalty and reduce churn.
• Manage and coach a team of 2-4 analysts; set priorities and develop skills.
