Job summary

McAfee seeks a Director of Retention Analytics to lead the function, shape retention strategy, and deliver actionable insights across Product, Finance, Marketing, Engagement, and Retention. The role sits Hybrid in New York and other hub locations, onsite as needed, with home-office days when not onsite.

You will partner with senior leaders to forecast retention, measure impact, and scale analytics capabilities while building a high-performing team of analysts.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in analytics, business strategy, or related fields.
• Proven leadership of analytics teams influencing executive decisions.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision, operating model, and roadmap for Retention Analytics.
• Translate complex business challenges into actionable insights for executives.
• Drive retention plans in partnership with Engagement, Retention, Product, Finance, and other functions.
• Own retention forecasting and performance management with measurable impact.
• Lead analyses of retention, customer journeys, churn drivers, and loyalty trends.
• Establish measurement frameworks for retention initiatives and A/B testing.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience to improve engagement and lifetime value.
• Modernize analytics capabilities through automation and self-service insights.
• Develop executive-ready narratives and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Build and lead a high-performing analytics team with accountability.
