The role requires building a high-impact analytics team, partnering with senior leaders, and delivering executive-ready recommendations to drive customer lifetime value and business performance. Hybrid work with onsite visits a few times per month.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of analytics, business strategy, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of progressive people leadership.
• Experience leading analytics that influence executive decision-making.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for Retention Analytics.
• Lead development of retention plans in partnership with senior stakeholders.
• Own retention forecasting and performance management frameworks.
• Analyze retention, subscriber behavior, churn drivers, and loyalty trends.
• Establish measurement frameworks for initiatives and A/B testing.
• Develop executive-ready narratives for senior leadership.
• Build and lead a high-performing analytics team.
