Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Execute procedures for the assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, and daily recovery.
• Oversee that merchandise is planned for, received, and stocked on the sales floor.
• Schedule and staff for unload/processing and drive associate productivity and customer service.
• Supervise associates, communicate directives, and handle store opening/closing when needed.
