Job summary

Ollie is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide a store zone's merchandising, staffing, and customer experience on the sales floor. You will oversee signing, displays, replenishment, pricing, and daily recovery while ensuring standards and programs are met.

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.

Responsibilities

• Execute procedures for the assigned zone: merchandising, signage, displays, pricing, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and programs are met.
• Oversee merchandise planning/receiving and keep the sales floor stocked.
• Schedule and staff for unloading/processing of merchandise, driving productivity and service.
• Supervise zone associates and communicate directives for follow-up.
• Open/close the store as needed and perform Team Leader duties.
