Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1–2 years supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Execute procedures for assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and programs meet expectations.
• Oversee merchandising planning and ensure proper stock on the sales floor.
• Schedule and staff effectively for unloading/processing and customer service standards.
• Supervise associates in the zone and communicate directives for follow-up.
• Perform Team Leader duties to open/close the store and take on extra tasks as needed.
