Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide a zone of the sales floor, focusing on merchandising, pricing, and an outstanding customer experience. You will supervise a team and ensure adherence to store standards and company programs.

Responsibilities include scheduling staff, replenishing stock, maintaining displays, and driving associate productivity while delivering excellent service to customers. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and a team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Execute established procedures for the assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet operational expectations.
• Oversee the process to ensure merchandise is planned for, received, and the sales floor is properly stocked.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for unloading/processing of merchandise to the sales floor while driving productivity and customer service standards.
• Supervise associates within the assigned zone and communicate directives for follow-up.
• Perform Team Leader functions to open/close the store and take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
