Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide a zone of the sales floor, focusing on merchandising and delivering an exceptional associate and customer experience. You will lead a team, manage displays, pricing, replenishment, and daily recovery to meet store standards.

Responsibilities include staffing, open/close duties, and executing company programs while maintaining a positive, collaborative environment with customers and associates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery for the assigned zone.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet all operational expectations.
• Oversee merchandise planning, receiving, and stocking on the sales floor.
• Schedule and staff for unload/processing and drive associate productivity and customer service standards.
• Supervise associates within the assigned zone and communicate directives to ensure follow-up.
• Perform Team Leader functions to open and close the store and complete additional responsibilities.
