Job summary

Ollie’s Retail is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide a zone of the sales floor, oversee merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, and daily recovery. You will manage staffing to maintain stock levels and drive customer service standards on the floor.

You will supervise associates, implement company directives, handle scheduling, and perform open/close duties as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Execute established procedures for the assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Oversee that store standards, inventory processes, and company programs meet operational expectations.
• Ensure merchandise is planned for and received, and that the sales floor is properly stocked.
• Manage scheduling and staffing to unload/process merchandise, drive associate productivity, daily task assignments, and customer service standards.
• Supervise associates within the zone, communicate directives, and ensure follow-up.
• Perform Team Leader duties to open/close the store and take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
