Job summary

Ollie is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide a zone of the sales floor, focusing on merchandising and delivering an exceptional associate and customer experience.

You will oversee merchandising, signage, replenishment, and pricing while ensuring standards and programs are followed. The role requires supervising staff, scheduling, and maintaining high service levels in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Execute established procedures for assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet all operational expectations.
• Oversee scheduling and staffing for unloading/processing of merchandise and stocking the sales floor; drive associate productivity and customer service standards.
• Supervise associates within the assigned zone, communicate directives, and fulfill Team Leader duties to open/close the store as needed.
