Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Zone Team Leader to oversee a store zone, guide a merchandising-focused team, and ensure an exceptional associate and customer experience.

You will manage merchandise planning, displays, and store operations to meet standards. The role requires supervisory experience at a mid- to large-size retailer, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsabilidades

• Execute established procedures for assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet operational expectations.
• Oversee process to ensure merchandise is planned for and received, and that the sales floor is properly stocked.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for unloading/processing of merchandise to the sales floor while driving associate productivity and customer service standards.
• Supervise associates within the assigned zone and communicate company directives for follow-up.
• Perform all Team Leader functions to open and close the store and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
