Ollie’s Bargain Outlet Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide a defined zone of the store’s floor, focusing on merchandising, displays, replenishment, and excellent customer service. You will lead a team, schedule effectively, and ensure standards for inventory and operations are met.

The role emphasizes team leadership, collaboration with associates, and executing company programs while maintaining strong customer interactions and store presentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Execute established procedures for the assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations.
• Oversee process to ensure merchandise is planned for, received, and properly stocked on the sales floor.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for unload/processing of merchandise while driving productivity and customer service standards.
• Supervise associates within the zone and communicate directives to ensure follow-up.
• Perform Team Leader duties to open/close the store and handle additional tasks as assigned.
